A SPAC I Acquisition Corp., a British Virgin Islands company incorporated as a blank check company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering and the sale of 6,000,000 units, at a purchase price of $10 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $60,000,000. Each unit consists of: one Class A ordinary share, three-fourths of one redeemable warrant and one right to receive one-tenth of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
