HUDSON ACQUISITION I CORP., a Delaware company incorporated as a blank check company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering and the sale of 6,000,000 units, at a purchase price of $10 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $60,000,000. Each unit consists of: one share of common stock and one right to purchase one fifth (1/5) of one share of common stock.
