On April 14, 2023, Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”), an amusement park operator in China, successfully closed its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 1,750,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per ordinary share. The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$7.00 million from the IPO, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses.
The Company’s ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 12, 2023 under the symbol “GDHG.”
