FOREMOST LITHIUM RESOURCE & TECHNOLOGY LTD, a Canadian company, announced today the closing of its public offering and the sale of 800,000 units, at a purchase price of $5.00 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4,000,000.
