We are seeking a mid-level securities attorney to join this thriving boutique firm with explosive growth. This is a boutique firm representing our issuer and broker-dealer clients in various corporate transactions including debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings and secondary/follow-on public offerings, private placements as well as mergers & acquisitions. We provide on going SEC compliance services to our issuer clients.

Experience in securities law (emphasis on federal (33/34 Act) is required. Fluency in Chinese is preferred but not required. Proficiency in writing and commitment to teamwork is essential. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and be admitted to the New York Bar.
