HTFL Introduces “Bridge to the US Markets” Program for Early-Stage Israeli Companies

Israeli companies seek to access the U.S. markets early in their life cycle, whether it be looking for private capital, partnerships, or listing on the public markets. In response to the demand for highly-skilled legal services at affordable price points for these younger companies, Hunter Taubman Fischer and Li created and officially launched Bridge to the US Markets, a program tailored specifically toward the needs of early-stage Israeli companies. The goal of the Bridge program is to leverage HTFL’s cross-border expertise and provide value and flexibility at a workable price point that will guide companies through their exits efficiently and in full compliance with U.S. securities laws.
