Hitek Global Inc. a Cayman Islands exempted company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering and the sale of 3,200,000 ordinary shares, at a purchase price of $5.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $16,000,000.
The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on March 31, 2023 under the symbol “HKIT.”
