Louis Taubman

Mr. Taubman is the managing Partner of HTFL’s New York office.

Mr. Taubman concentrates his practice on securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. He represents issuers, broker dealers and investors in connection with “going public” transactions, private and public finance. Mr. Taubman provides counsel to issuers and institutional investors with regard to the set up and implementation of public company structures for both domestic and foreign based issuers.

Mark Hunter

Mark David Hunter is an AV Preeminent® (the highest peer ranking by Martindale-Hubbell) rated attorney who manages HTFL’s Miami, Florida office. He oversees the firm's Securities/Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations, Securities Litigation/Arbitration, Broker-Dealer and Investment Adviser Compliance, White Collar Criminal Defense, Governmental Investigations, and Commercial Litigation/Arbitration practice groups. In addition to his role at HTFL, Mr. Hunter is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University’s (FIU) College of Law, where he teaches a “White Collar Crime” course drawing from his professional experience. He also serves on the NASDAQ’s Listings Qualifications Panel (by appointment from the NASDAQ’s Board of Directors) where he oversees appeals of NASDAQ-listed companies regarding issues of listing or delisting, and renders decisions on the ultimate issue of whether a company’s shares will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market. Mr. Hunter is licensed in New York, Washington D.C., and Florida.

Morton Taubman

Morton Taubman manages HTFL’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, real estate, federal income tax law, government contracting, and executive counseling in H.R. matters. Mr. Taubman represents corporations, including private and public reporting companies, corporate executives, and boards of directors. He advises these clients as to their responsibilities within the corporate environment to assure their best practices on an on-going basis. Mr. Taubman also provides counsel to businesses seeking capital expansion, companies doing business with the federal and international governments, and international companies facing the challenges of doing business in foreign countries.
