Wetrade Group Inc., a Wyoming company, announced its uplisting to Nasdaq Capital Market and the closing of its public offering for the sale of 10,000,000 shares of Common Stock, at a purchase price of $4.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $40,000,000.
